Products & Custom Orders

Most of our products are custom-made to order based on specifications provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure all details (spelling, sizes, colours, fixings) are correct before confirming your order.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins

  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time

Order Approval

Once an order is confirmed or artwork approved, it cannot be changed or cancelled, as production may begin immediately.

Intellectual Property

All designs, visuals, and content on this website remain the property of Make The Sign unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Errors in customer-supplied artwork or specifications

  • Incorrect installation

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to the value of the product supplied.
