Return and refund policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our signage, returns are handled under the following conditions.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom or made-to-order items unless:

  • The product arrives damaged, or

  • The product is faulty due to manufacturing error

This complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations for personalised goods.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging

  • Do not install or modify the product

Once reviewed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (at our discretion)

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Incorrect specifications approved by the customer

  • Colour variations within normal manufacturing tolerances

  • Damage caused by installation, misuse, or environmental conditions
