Returns Policy

Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, faulty, incorrect or do not match the approved specification. Customers are responsible for checking and approving all artwork, measurements and product details before production begins.

In-stock, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in a resalable condition and returned in their original packaging or with equivalent protective packaging.

Where possible, we can offer an exchange for an in-stock product, subject to the requested replacement being available.

Return postage for non-faulty items must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Where an item is confirmed as damaged, faulty or incorrect, Make The Signs will pay the reasonable return postage costs or arrange collection.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

All returned products will be inspected after they are received. Approved refunds will be processed within 20 business days following inspection and will normally be issued using the original payment method.

Shipping

We deliver throughout the UK using trusted courier services.

All signage is produced after payment has been received and the artwork has been approved. We aim to deliver orders within 10 working days of payment and artwork approval. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

We charge a flat delivery fee of £35 per order for UK delivery.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, complex or bespoke production requirements, busy periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Additional delivery requirements, including timed delivery, restricted access or specialist handling, may incur an additional charge. Any additional costs will be confirmed before the order is processed.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any damage, faults, incorrect items or missing components must be reported within 48 hours.
