At Brand Builder Holdings T/A Make the Signs, products are made to order. This means production times and delivery schedules may vary depending on the product and its specifications.

Production Times

  • All signage is produced after payment has been received and the artwork has been approved.
  • Our standard delivery timeframe is within 10 working days of payment and artwork approval.
  • Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
  • We will contact you if a complex or bespoke order is likely to require additional production time.
  • Production times may vary during particularly busy periods.

Delivery

We deliver throughout the UK Mainland.

  • Delivery is handled by trusted courier service DX.
  • We aim to deliver all orders within 10 working days of payment and artwork approval.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

  • We charge a flat delivery fee of £35 per order for delivery anywhere in the UK.
  • The delivery fee will be shown at checkout or confirmed as part of your quotation.
  • Additional delivery requirements, including timed delivery, restricted access or specialist handling, may incur an additional charge. Any additional costs will be confirmed before your order is processed.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

You must notify us if your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • With missing components

Any damage, incorrect items or missing components must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photographs of the product, the packaging and any visible damage when reporting an issue.

Failure to report an issue within 48 hours may affect our ability to investigate or resolve the matter.

Installation & Handling

  • We recommend professional installation for illuminated signage and any signage requiring specialist fitting.
  • Make The Signs is not responsible for damage caused during installation, incorrect installation or improper handling after delivery.

Delays & Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Courier delays once an order has been dispatched.
  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product supplied, subject to your statutory rights.
